Julie is motivated and committed to providing all of her patients with personalized and professional care. With over 17 years of experience working in the Health & Wellness industry, Julie is dedicated to helping people feel better and find freedom in their bodies.

Her formal study of Traditional Chinese Medicine began in Nelson, BC at the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences where she completed over 2500 hours of academic classes and a practicum in a busy student clinic. After graduating with honours, she went on to successfully pass the Pan-Canadian Board Exams and become registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners of BC and Ontario. Julie is currently training to become a certified as a Sports Medicine Acupuncturist with Matt Callison.

Julie’s holistic approach to health and wellness is based in her experiences as an Acupuncturist, Western Herbalist and Yoga Instructor. Her innate ability to connect with people supports her in building strong connections with her clients and her community.
